Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood opened the Electric
Drive Transportation Association (EDTA) conference in
Washington D.C. on April 19th 2011. Ray LaHood
declared support for Non-Motorized
Vehicles (NMV), Bicycles and Pedestrians in the
Transportation Bill on March 15th 2010.
